Contestants will be accommodated in Hunguest Hotel Forrás.
Accommodation is basically in twin rooms, and in compliance with the relevant IOI guidelines.

Leaders
The Leaders and Deputy Leaders will be accommodated in the Novotel Szeged Hotel, which is in the immediate vicinity of GA meetings and other professional meetings.
Team leaders and deputy leaders will share a twin room if both are of the same gender.

Again, the main room assignment system is that guests share a double or twin room. Exceptions can only be made if the delegation includes guests of different genders.
NOTE: The number of places reserved for guests are limited. The Host reserves the right to close guest bookings during the registration period, depending on capacity. Please take this into consideration when planning the trip of the delegation.
Novotel Szeged Hotel for leaders
The Novotel Szeged is situated in the most beautiful part of Szeged, directly on the bank of Tisza. The eight-floor hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the city centre with easy access to most of the shops, offices and banks. Each room offers a wonderful view of the city centre and the river.
The Hotel has 140 non-smoking rooms, including 6 suites and 6 rooms with handicap access. All rooms have separated bathrooms, balcony and LCD TV. Each room also has a direct-dial telephone, minibar, internet port, free WiFi, tea-making facility, air-conditioning and safe.
